Display pertinent information graphically from within the record using Graphical workflow Controls, which is a quick reference for providers to “view” instead of looking up data within the application under various tabs.  Shows Alerts, pending signatures, Pending work, completed items etc. Works towards better patient care with less medical mistakes, wider information sharing through EDI on patient progress, easily track patients chronic health problems,  with an Ability to configure workflow processes, including multi-level approval feature, (such as program-specific appeals tracking processes) based on user-defined rules.
